About Rob Bateman

I’m Rob Bateman, a photorealistic pet portrait artist based in Swindon, UK. I draw dogs, cats, horses and all kinds of pets by hand, in coloured pencil, charcoal and mixed media.

How I work

Every portrait is drawn by hand from your photos, one hair at a time. I take on a maximum of two commissions a month, so each pet gets proper time. I also sell signed fine art prints and a small number of original drawings, shipped worldwide.
